A few practical questions

Before we talk.

Can the school carry our company or founder’s name?

Yes. Naming can be central to the partnership. We agree how the school is presented, how DUMA’s operator role appears and how your company is recognised in school communications.

We already built a school. Can DUMA take over?

Yes. We can review its teaching, staffing, facilities and finances, then propose an improvement and management plan. The conversation can start with the school you have today.

What happens if the school falls short?

We agree service standards and review them with you. DUMA takes responsibility for investigating problems, setting corrective actions and following through. The management agreement defines escalation, review and renewal terms.

Do we need to fund every cost forever?

The funding model is designed with you. It can combine company sponsorship, school fees and contributions from other partners. Before committing, you see the annual funding required and the plan for future years.

Can this support our CSR or ESG reporting?

Yes. We agree the education measures, financial reporting and review schedule your team needs. Your company receives programme information it can use in its own reporting and communications.

Can several businesses fund one project?

Yes. We can structure a shared programme for a business park, industry group or group of employers, with contributions, places and recognition agreed for each partner.
