Build the next generation of schools across Africa.

We build and operate affordable schools that combine strong academics, practical skills and AI-assisted learning.

Raising $2M to grow the network

Africa’s future depends on what children learn today.

The next generation is growing fast. Access to a classroom alone is not enough: families need schools that deliver real learning at a price they can afford.

The need is educational.
The opportunity is economic.

Education shapes the skills of the future workforce. For a school operator, the challenge is to turn growing demand into quality, affordable places — with an operating model that can sustain itself and expand.

We run schools.
We build the system behind them.

DUMA brings education, people and operations together. The ambition is the learning quality families expect from an excellent private school, made accessible through better execution.

01

A school built around learning

Strong literacy and mathematics, supported by structured lessons, frequent assessment and demanding teacher coaching. Children also learn to speak confidently, solve problems, lead teams and build real projects.

02

AI, digital tools and learning programmes

We combine AI-assisted teaching, our own digital learning tools and written programmes for teachers and pupils. Designed to work alongside different curricula, they bring structured practice and feedback into the classroom.

03

A model designed to travel

The academic system, recruitment standards and operating routines form a shared foundation for every campus. DUMA can open schools, take over operations or acquire existing schools and improve how they run.

Already teaching.
Already showing progress.

In 2026, our first school is showing what the model can deliver: academic progress, families who stay and parents who bring other parents.

Better schools need
a better business model.

School fees create recurring revenue. Keeping families, filling available places and running each campus well determine whether that revenue becomes a sustainable business.

Retention and referrals

Families who see value stay and recommend the school. Our first-campus results show an early foundation for this growth.

Shared systems, local execution

A common academic and operating backbone lets each campus focus on teaching and families, while the network develops tools, standards and talent.

Grow from an existing base

Acquire schools with enrolled families and room to grow. Improve learning, fill available places and spread the cost of our central team across a larger business. Partner-funded schools add another route to scale.

Built by people who have scaled education and technology.

DUMA combines academic leadership, business building and software engineering. Our founders have led major education businesses and built systems at Revolut. They bring that experience to physical schools.
